Stacy holds a South Carolina real estate license and has worked as an interior designer in the real estate and construction industries for nearly 15 years. Her portfolio includes a diverse range of properties including remodels, custom homes, and production building, with a strong focus on managing the selection process as well as design. Having owned a custom interior design business, she realizes that every step of the real estate, home design, and construction process is crucial to the end product of creating a space that feels like home.

She works with CRG Companies clients on multiple levels throughout the home buying and construction process to achieve a unique style for each home.

As our in-house Selections Coordinator, Charlotte’s focus is on assisting all clients with the finish and material selection process for their custom home. Serving as a liaison between our homeowners, vendors, home design and construction teams, she takes a collaborative approach to developing creative design solutions that are unique to each home.

Lucas joined CRG in 2019 as a Project Manager, where he took the lead on-site at Living Dunes, our first neighborhood development. As CRG’s Construction Operations Manager, Lucas oversees all aspects of construction, streamlining communications and providing support between our field and office teams to ensure each project is completed to the highest level of quality. He is known for his keen attention to detail and boasts nearly twenty years of experience in construction and renovation project management.

Stacey Bailey

Stacey is the key to coordinating our office and field teams. She’s responsible for receiving and maintaining the necessary job permits for each construction project as well as syncing the communication of the various divisions of CRG Companies to maintain a smooth transition between each department.

Adam works closely with CRG’s Architects to transform concepts and preliminary sketches of our custom home designs into technical drawings and blueprints. His detailed work allows for a smooth operation including procedures and materials to be used to accompany each plan. Adam’s role is one of the most significant pieces of our successful home building process.

With more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Travis is a seasoned expert when it comes to building in a coastal environment. As a CRG Construction Project Manager, he oversees and manages all phases of new construction projects at Living Dunes. Travis leverages his expertise in both production and custom home construction to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s expectations.
