Designed as the epicenter of the neighborhood, the clubhouse and pool are adjacent to several key outdoor spaces including a meditation lawn to be completed this spring, walking trails, an outdoor fireplace and a boardwalk with seating areas overlooking the lake and fountains.
Drawing inspiration from the Barclay Butera Collection by Lexington Furniture, our in-house interior designer, Brian Hardee, used a combination of cool blues and warm gold tones to draw in elements of the surrounding outdoors. The artwork throughout adds texture with a modern twist and evokes feelings of movement and water. Careful selection of all interior furnishings was given to ensure durability of materials.
The architecture and design of the clubhouse is infused with classically Southern elements of home design including the choice of paint for the outdoor ceiling. This light blue color has been used on Southern porches for decades and is historically rumored to deter bugs. With ample lounging areas, cooling fans, and gorgeous views, the clubhouse’s sundeck is the perfect place to enjoy a day by the pool.
